When you place an order/ make a donation on one of our websites we will email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of your order/ donation does not take place until verification email of the order/ donation, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

If there are any problems with your order/ donation we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Gift vouchers and gift cards are subject to availability.
